Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Adhere to all banking regulations (BSA, AML, Reg E)
- Cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, loans)
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM reconciliation
- Document transactions per bank policy
- Participate in quarterly mystery shopper evaluations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency (10-key calculator test)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand 6+ hours per shift
- Pass background/fingerprint check
- Availability for rotating weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to pursue FINRA Series 6/63
