Responsibilities
- Master cash handling, transaction processing, and account management procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail banking environment
- Learn and adhere to strict compliance protocols and security regulations
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately
- Build relationships with customers and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Assist with branch operations including vault balancing and ATM maintenance
- Participate in ongoing training modules to advance technical knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office suite)
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Must be available for weekday training hours (9am-5pm)
- Valid NJ driver's license or reliable transportation
