Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to banking compliance regulations
- Operate bank-provided equipment including cash drawers, check scanners, and security systems
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and basic problem resolution
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict financial accountability
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking procedures and products
- Uphold bank security protocols and fraud prevention measures

Qualifications
