Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and resolving inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist in the sales and promotion of our financial products and services to existing and new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile the teller drawer at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to strict security and compliance protocols to ensure the safety of bank assets and customer information.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong basic math skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new banking software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
