Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain daily reconciliation records
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining service excellence
- Adhere to banking regulations and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical skills
- Support branch operations through cross-functional teamwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
