Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and issues
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Adhere to strict security protocols and banking regulations
- Train on digital banking platforms and emerging financial technologies
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Previous retail or cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check and credit verification
