Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and issues
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Complete comprehensive training modules on banking systems and procedures
- Assist with branch operations support as needed
- Uphold strict security protocols for customer and financial data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred)
- 0-2 years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish highly valued)
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance
