Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing accurate information regarding bank products and services.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with precision and speed.
- Open new accounts and assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products such as credit cards and savings plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and reconcile daily cash drawers.
- Adhere to strict bank security and compliance regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
