What You'll Do:
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller window.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers accurately.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash handling equipment with precision.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell our banking products and services.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
