Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving inquiries and educating members on banking products
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and daily reconciliation procedures
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union services
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 0-2 years customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
