Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service while resolving inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Open new accounts and educate customers on digital banking tools
- Learn and comply with banking regulations (Regulations E, CC, BSA)
- Assist with branch operations including vault management and audits
- Participate in ongoing training to achieve licensing requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash
- Pass background check and credit check
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site errands
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to pass Series 6 licensing exam within 90 days
