Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Accurately balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions at the end of the shift.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our banking products, such as credit cards and savings accounts.
- Assist in maintaining branch operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure a welcoming and efficient customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
