Responsibilities

- Handle cash, checks, and currency with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to introduce customers to our suite of financial products.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management.
- Maintain accurate records and reconcile daily cash drawers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required for this position.
