Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cutting-edge neural network models for autonomous robotic systems.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI algorithms for edge computing environments.
- Lead the research and development of reinforcement learning strategies for complex navigation tasks.
- Design scalable infrastructure for training large-scale language models (LLMs) integrated with robotic control.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex system integrations between perception, planning, and action modules.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of classical and deep reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) and sensor fusion (LiDAR, Camera, IMU).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level software and AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
