- Develop and execute 2026 AI technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Establish KPIs for AI adoption success and oversee implementation of predictive analytics systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Pioneer industry partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
- Mentor junior strategists and conduct quarterly tech horizon scanning sessions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing future technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Certified in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Strong background in data science, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and MLOps
- Published research in peer-reviewed AI journals or conference proceedings
- Experience securing venture capital for tech innovation initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
