Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces

- Develop policy blueprints for AI governance, including human-in-the-loop requirements for high-stakes decisions
- Lead cross-functional ethics sprints with AI research, product, and legal teams
- Create transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) in healthcare and financial systems
- Author whitepapers on emergent ethical challenges in quantum-AI integration
- Mentor junior ethicists while establishing industry-wide best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and adversarial machine learning validation
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record of embedding ethics into AI product lifecycles at scale
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Publication record in top-tier AI ethics journals or conferences (e.g., FAccT, NeurIPS Ethics Workshops)
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI and quantum computing ethics implications
