Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycles
- Advocate for responsible AI practices through stakeholder workshops and policy documentation
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Lead cross-functional task forces addressing ethical dilemmas in high-stakes applications
- Publish thought leadership on AI ethics trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Law with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proven experience developing ethical AI policies for regulated industries
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and change management skills
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or equivalent practical experience
- Technical fluency in ML model evaluation and explainability tools
