Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy access.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as expense reporting and data entry.
- Plan and coordinate company events, team building activities, and travel arrangements.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
