Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for executive team
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with exceptional professionalism
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with strict attention to confidentiality
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation tasks
- Support event planning and meeting coordination for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform general office duties including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
