Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for executive team
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professional courtesy
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document accuracy
- Assist with onboarding new hires and office supply inventory
- Support event planning and departmental projects
- Process invoices and expense reports with precision
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
