Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for department staff
- Support office inventory management and supply procurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and events
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a sensitive environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
