Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for 10+ executives
- Process incoming communications via email, phone, and digital platforms
- Prepare accurate documentation including reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain digital filing systems with meticulous attention to data integrity
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track progress milestones
- Assist with onboarding new hires and office supply inventory management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environments
