Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management personnel.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
- Assist with data entry, inventory management, and expense reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
