Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with transformative potential by 2026.
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps integrating societal, economic, and geopolitical variables.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product development, R&D, and investment with future opportunities.
- Present foresight findings to executive teams and board members through compelling visual narratives.
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors.
- Author thought leadership content on future tech trends for industry publications and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure sustainable innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Economics, or Futures Studies; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis.
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping methodologies.
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact (e.g., AI ethics, biotech governance).
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into executive-ready insights.
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing strategic decision-making.
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks demonstrating impact.
