Your insights will directly influence our $2B R&D portfolio and drive our position as industry pioneers in the AI-driven, quantum-computing era.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Produce executive-ready innovation reports with ROI projections for breakthrough technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech pioneers
- Design prototyping roadmaps for quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and sentient AI systems
- Present future-vision briefings to board members and external investors
- Mentor junior futurists and build our next-gen innovation talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or innovation roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or sentient AI
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with Delphi methodology, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
