Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 landscape
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework with quarterly horizon scanning reports
- Architect innovative business models and product roadmaps aligned with future market demands
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate competitive positioning against evolving industry benchmarks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-oriented projects
