Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and growth in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and corporate strategy
- Author high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex trends into actionable insights
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advise on innovation portfolio allocation and R&D prioritization for 2026 market readiness
- Champion organizational culture of anticipatory thinking and adaptive strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy and measurable outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
