Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futures consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate VUCA environments with confidence
