- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating future-proof innovation into core business operations
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Produce forward-looking white papers influencing industry thought leadership
- Partner with R&D to validate futuristic concepts through prototyping and testing
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures to actionable insights
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFPS) preferred
