- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 2026-viable innovations
- Monitor global policy shifts affecting technological advancement
- Build cross-functional futures literacy programs across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ scenario development and implementation
