Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable future-state blueprints
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with long-term market evolution
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting industry landscapes
- Design adaptive frameworks for organizational resilience in rapidly evolving markets
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent Nexus Horizons at global foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Proven track record of translating complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
