Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks for emerging disruptions
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate future-oriented strategies into corporate roadmap
- Build and cultivate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight into compelling narratives and executive presentations
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons focused on 2026+ opportunities
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward future-state goals
- Champion a culture of anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or equivalent
- Experience presenting to C-suite and influencing executive decisions
- Strong network within futurist and innovation communities
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruptive technologies
