Responsibilities
- Lead long-term scenario planning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal paradigms
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Author whitepapers on emerging risks and opportunities in the 2026 horizon
- Guide corporate innovation initiatives through futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to executive audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist research or strategic frameworks
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
