- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented initiatives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces for industry influence
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory evolutions affecting strategic landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in future-focused platforms
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
