Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches
- Guide R&D investments in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Proven track record of publishing strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling abilities
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategy implementations
