Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate adaptation) and their 2026 business implications through proprietary foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead high-stakes strategy workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into roadmaps
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem network including academic institutions and startups
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with predictive insights and strategic recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to prototype future-ready business models and value propositions
- Represent the firm at global forums on future-focused leadership and strategic innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (Web3, biotech, sustainable energy) and adoption curves
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Published research or thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACFS preferred)
