Responsibilities
- Architect and publish the 2026 Strategic Futures Framework through quarterly trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead executive workshops on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Develop predictive models for market evolution and competitive disruption
- Oversee cross-functional innovation labs prototyping 2026-viable products and services
- Represent InnovateHorizon at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor senior leadership on future-proofing business models and talent strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology/societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Executive-level presentation skills and boardroom influence
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
