Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing modules into existing AI infrastructures.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI evolution leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Conduct research on quantum error correction and neural network stability.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide research interns in frontier technologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on neural networks and optimization.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking mindset.
