- Oversee $5M+ budget allocation and resource optimization
- Establish KPI frameworks tracking AI integration and user adoption metrics
- Present quarterly progress to the Innovation Board and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ managing AI/ML initiatives
- Proven track record scaling projects from MVP to enterprise-level
- Expertise in Scrum/SAFe methodologies with PMP certification
- Deep understanding of generative AI frameworks and neural architectures
- Strong background in stakeholder management across Fortune 500 clients
- Experience with cloud-native deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
