- Build and mentor a diverse team of 15+ futurists and technologists
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to global stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic leadership with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley unicorns
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products/technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic certification
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation frameworks
