Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies in quantum, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Design and pilot proof-of-concept projects with 10x potential impact
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Translate complex future scenarios into stakeholder communication frameworks

- Oversee $15M annual innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, genetic engineering, or clean energy systems
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in STEM field, MBA, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
