Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on emerging technologies with enterprise impact potential
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for commercial viability
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation maturity and technology adoption curves
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight knowledge base
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps beyond 5-year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in tech futures or adjacent fields
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
