Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business strategy
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for R&D projects
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, R&D, or strategic planning leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business MBA required
- Exceptional strategic thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
