Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum, AI ethics, metaverse) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with business objectives
- Produce strategic briefings for executive board on future technology implications
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
- Present futurist insights at industry summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, quantum, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certifications in Futures Studies or Technology Strategy preferred
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse infrastructure, and AI governance
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Portfolio published in tech foresight journals or whitepapers
