Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-gen AI systems with quantum-enhanced processing capabilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies with 5-10 year implementation horizons
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping using our 3D nano-printing and molecular assembly labs
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD fellows and startup incubators within our Innovation Accelerator program
- Secure $10M+ in government grants and private partnerships for frontier technology development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits or patents)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks, and decentralized consensus protocols
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, ACM) with >500 citations
- Experience securing SBIR grants or venture capital for deep tech ventures
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, Qiskit, and blockchain development frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable solutions for climate, health, or energy challenges
