Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing product portfolios and business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough opportunities in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level insights
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
