Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic roadmap by synthesizing exponential technology trends (quantum computing, AGI, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products
- Develop competitive advantage frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-state capabilities into current development pipelines
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Publish thought leadership on paradigm shifts affecting 2026 business landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and market disruption patterns
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, D3.js)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, Delphi methods)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-strategy implementations yielding measurable ROI
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
