Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise adoption of emerging technologies by 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare and manufacturing
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work transformations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex exponential trends into actionable business strategies
- Present findings to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level future scenario models
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
