Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and assess their impact on business ecosystems through 2026

- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on 2026's technological and societal shifts
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks to identify emerging threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFP) from recognized institutions
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful strategic initiatives implemented through 2020-2025
