Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Design and implement scenario planning models for global market volatility
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with leading academic and research institutions
- Develop KPIs to track strategy execution and future-readiness metrics
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing company-wide priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurism leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological/social disruption
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-proofing initiatives for enterprises
